Essential Job Functions:
1. Collaborate with other developers to Design and develop high-quality, leading-edge software for enterprise products.
2. Design, write, test, debug, and document software in Java, VB, PowerBuilder.
3. Work with others to resolve software defects.
4. As required, function as a technical lead for small teams of developers.
5. As required, interface with customers, test group personnel, and field support personnel to identify customer requirements and solve problems.
6. Participate in design and code reviews.
7. Responsible for writing test plans, results validation matrix, test cases.
8. Verify and validate that programs function according to customer requirements and expectations, and to maintain system integrity.
9. Facilitate and document walkthroughs of test plans and results.
10. Automate the testing process.

Educational Background:
Bachelor Degree in software or Computer
Java certification is desired.
